Refine your netball skills with your friends. We work on your footwork, agility, speed, attacking and defending. You will go away having mastered your shoulder pass and worked hard at your overhead shooting technique.

We put all of your new skills into action with small games to get you game ready. We want you to feel comfortable trying new positions and stepping outside of your comfort zone on the court.

We know netball is FUN! But the trick to all round wellbeing is a delicate balance of physical fun, intellectual fun and creative fun! Your day will be interspersed with fun activities such as bracelet making, dance challenges and more.
